There is a 48-hour cancellation policy for all clients. If you do not cancel your session before 48 hours of your session, your card on file will be charged for the late cancellation fee.
Refunds are not provided for therapy or consultation sessions. If you are unsatisfied with your session, please inform Courtney Geter, LMFT, CST by phone or secure message via the client portal in order to explore possible solutions or plans for the next session.
****For clients hoping to use insurance benefits, please contact your plan's customer service to inquire about Out of Network Benefits for mental health options. We can supply a superbill for you to submit for insurance or HSA/FSA reimbursement.
