Alexes enjoys working with individuals and couples surrounding topics related to depression, anxiety, interpersonal issues, grief and loss, attachment, LGBTQIA+ sexuality exploration & identity development, and more. Alexes’ motivations for becoming a counselor are rooted in the knowledge that navigating life without processing and validating your experiences is no life at all.
Alexes holds a masters degree in Professional Counseling from the University of Georgia. She is also certified as a Mental Health Coach from iPrevail Health Solutions as well as a certified Life Coach from New Skills Academy. Alexes is in the process of becoming a licensed associate professional counselor, and certified sex therapist while under the supervision of Courtney Geter, LMFT, CST.
Alexes will begin seeing clients beginning July 1 2021
